If you don't know by now...it is PEACH, PLUM, NECTARINE season...which consequently means tarts and cobblers. If you live in Berkeley or San Francisco you should look UP while walking down the street, you might be surprised at how many plum trees could be living around your neighborhood.
That said, I decided to make a tart-obbler for my two friends by toying around with this
plum cobbler recipe I found. I used the cobbler topping as the base for this "tart" and added more cinnamon into the fruit medley and left out the ginger.
